Throughout the course we encourage you to keep a journal. You can use your journal to complete some of the suggested self practices. This will provide you with a tool kit to support your personal and spiritual growth.

*Take part in Ceremonial work connecting with the natural cycles of nature
*Access to our Resources to support your self-practice in your own time.
*In person group meets on a Thursday evening 6pm-8pm: Maximum group size 5. Please refer to T&C when booking.
