Our Meditation sessions are designed to help support personal healing and spiritual growth.

Combining Tibetan breathing practices our classes encourage  particpants to expand on their meditative practice to help with thier focus, enhancing the activation of the energy centres and connecting to the creator within.

Our Online guided Shamanic Meditation sessions are a great way to connect with your spirit guides deepening your personal journey with self healing practices as you discover your unique gifts within. 

Shamanic Meditation Energy work  offers support for those who would like to develop their own meditative practices whilst deepening the connection with their souls potential.

Working in a sacred space to connect with your spirit guides these guided sessions aim to empower the client and can include : Soul Retrieval, Working with Power Animals, Meeting our Spirit Guides, Self-healing practices, shamanic journey.

Meditation can have many benefits supporting individuals who suffer with anxiety, stress, or depression.

Whilst Meditation does not act as a medical treatment, it can be complementary to other on-going medicines/treatments.
