Energy work sessions are 90 minutes and combine various tools to help rest, restore, rebalance and rejuvenate.

 Throughout this session we work with a combination of tools, to help release the pressure points of the body promoting relaxation and tranquillity for mind, body and soul. 

The  ancient Shamanic practice of feather stone energy work,  aims to help clients  cleanse, remove, restore and rebalance energy centres. 

These sessions may be used as a 'one off' to help clients who struggle to find the time to relax or as part of a block booking for those wishing to work on a specific area.  

 This work can also support individuals who would like to go deeper, with their own self- healing journey exploring the depths of  trauma which may be stored within the body.

This session is a great tool for people who have explored other healing modalities, and are looking for something a little more, to help them make the changes which they want. 

These sessions are also combined with our other resources as part of our 10 week coaching programme.
