As our energy continues to integrate on a subtle level over the next few days, or weeks, we can often continue to feel the effects after the session;             I am available for contact during this phase to support you as you begin to integrate the energy.  Whilst  complementary medicine such as energy healing can provide many benefits it does not substitute medical treatment, advice, or guidance.  A diagnosis or treatment is not being provided during the session; For this reason, this session does not replace a medical treatment/session/or diagnosis and you understand that the information provided during this session is not a diagnosis, cure, or prevention of further medical conditions. When you book and go ahead with your session you are agreeing to these terms;  

Bookings are non-refundable although It is possible to re-schedule your booking prior to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment;                  sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full;

 It is the discretion of the practitioner to offer alternative sessions or refunds, dependent on whether the session can be offered to someone else;           All classes, group sessions, and events adhere to the same cancellation policy; over 48 hours' notice we are happy to reschedule or rebook your session; less than 48 hours' notice of cancellation is non-refundable; Refunds for classes, groups or events will be processed after the date of the event.              All sessions must be paid in full, a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment/booking taking place to ensure your booking is confirmed.

Shamanic Energy Work means that we work with spirit to create a sacred space for healing to take place; this healing experience can be transformational as we go to the depths of our life force connecting with our higher self and in essence, opening old wounds and triggering trauma; this is not always an easy process but it is something which many people find extremely beneficial; we cannot release a trauma without seeking it first; the energy body communicates its needs for rebalance and integration, possible removal, and clearing.

It is a legal requirement for me to advertise energy readings as "for entertainment purposes only". Readings are subjective in the spiritual realm therefore all decisions and choices you make must rely upon your own intuition when interpreting your reading. 

Our spiritual Coaching Programme is ran throughout the year with start-dates at the discretion of the facilitator.  By booking/paying for this service you agree to start on the designated 'start-date' of the programme. We host this programme 4 times per year. The total cost for our Spiritual Coaching course is £350.  A non refundable fee of £80 is taken at the time of booking for your initial consultation.  

Please Note; All fees must be paid prior to the course completion. It is at the discretion of the coach/ facilitator to cancel future sessions and/ or services, if fees have not been paid. Clients who withdraw from the programme without completion will be expected to cover the payments for the remainder of the course as per the agreement. Whilst our £80 deposit is non refundable, we do provide the option of payment instalments for the remainder of the course fees. When signing up for the course you are agreeing to these terms of payment.

 Clients who attend the first session but do not wish to proceed should contact us directly. It is at the discretion of the facilitator and owner of Shamanic Studio Grimsby to offer alternative methods of payments, or refunds for clients.   Remaining  course fees are also offered in instalments over the duration of your programme when your 10 week programme begins. Upon signing up for our coaching programme you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

*Group Divination evening are for a maximum group of 8 people. It is the discretion of the facilitator to decide on 'custom booking' and/or group numbers. The facilitator has the right to cancel the booking at any time if they are uncomfortable or unable to facilitate at the chosen venue/premises/location. 

*Payments for ALL bookings must be made in full, a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled event/session. It is the responsibility  of the host/ booking person to ensure the payment has been made. Where possible in the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance we will try to re-schedule your session/event. However any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged full payment. 

*All refunds will be minus any booking fees incurred. Booking fees are dependent upon the individual booking platform used to purchase the tickets and not in to control of Shamanic Studio Grimsby therefore we are unable to refund booking fees for any of our services despite the period of cancellation meeting our T&Cs.  

*When attending group meditation classes or Shamanic energy work sessions it is the responsibility  of the participant/client to inform the practitioner of any medical, or health, issues which may affect the work. In booking and/or paying for these sessions you are agreeing to be responsible for informing the practitioner of any medical, personal, mental, emotional, or other information which may impact on your own wellbeing.
