Energy Connections Workshops have been created to support
people in the discovery of their connection to the creator within.
Each of us has a unique gift within us, all we need is the understanding of how to use it.
As a community, we can only support one another’s healing journey, when we as individuals,
have healed ourselves. It is important that we can connect with the self, before we connect with others.

Working in the directions of the medicine wheel The Energy Connections Workshops provides a Sacred Space where we can explore the connections between our physical emotional mental and spiritual energy.

Being Connected supports overall Wellbeing to help individuals establish appropriate self care practices. Throughout the Being Connected course we use Self inquiry to explore how the creation of our identity has shaped our self narrative.
